- Account Registration Data: name, email address, password, company name, job title, phone number, and billing information;
- Profile Information: profile photo, professional background, preferences, and any other information you add;

1.2 Email Data and Connected Account Data
When you connect a third-party email account to the Platform, we automatically collect, access, and process:
- the full content of all email messages, including sent, received, archived, and deleted messages;
- all email attachments and the content thereof;
- the identities, email addresses, and contact information of all senders and recipients;
- email timestamps, thread relationships, and folder structures;
- read status, flag status, and any other email state information;
- calendar invitations, scheduling data, and meeting-related communications;
- contact records and address book entries;
- any other data accessible pursuant to the granted permissions.
1.3 Usage Data and Technical Information
- log data (IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed);
- device information (hardware model, OS version, unique device identifiers);
- Platform interaction data (features used, actions taken, time spent);
- performance data and error reports;
- cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies.

We may receive information from integrated services, business partners, publicly available databases, and social media platforms.
2. How We Use Your Information
2.1 Platform Operations
We use your information to authenticate your identity, manage your account, provide and deliver Platform functionality, process transactions, manage billing, and provide customer support.
2.2 Data Analysis and Insights
We analyze your data to generate relationship intelligence, contact scoring, communication analytics, automatically populate CRM records, identify patterns and opportunities, provide intelligent recommendations, and produce tailored business intelligence reports.
2.3 Machine Learning and AI Development
We may use User Data in aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified form to train and improve our machine learning models, NLP systems, and AI features. Where applicable, we comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy.
2.4 Communications and Marketing
We may use your contact information to send transactional communications, inform you of updates, and send marketing communications where permitted by law. You may opt out at any time.
2.5 Legal and Compliance Purposes
We may use your information to enforce our agreements, protect rights and safety, detect fraud, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Following account closure, we may retain certain information for up to seven (7) years. De-identified data may be retained indefinitely.

We use cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, and similar technologies to collect information about your interactions. You may control certain cookies through your browser settings. By continuing to use the Platform, you consent to our use of these technologies.
6. Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments. However, no system is impenetrable and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights and Choices
7.1 Access and Correction

You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Certain de-identified or aggregated data may be retained.
7.3 Email Account Disconnection
You may disconnect any connected email account at any time. This does not automatically delete data already collected.
7.4 Marketing Opt-Out
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
7.5 California Residents (CCPA)

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. This Privacy Policy applies only to the Accredi Platform. We have no control over third-party privacy practices.
9. Children's Privacy
The Platform is not directed to individuals under eighteen (18). We do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. International Data Transfers
Accredi is based in the United States. By using the Platform, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States. Where required by law, we implement appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the revised policy and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
